• The customer is required to use Picadilly Fashions approved materials


• Picadilly can send ad material (high resolution catalogue images, logos) through email or directly to your advertising company
  
• Picadilly will calculate your advertising allowance based on sales (2% of annual sales)


• The maximum amount of allowance is $500 per year per customer. Additional amounts can be negotiated depending on conditions


• Discounted items do not count towards your CO-OP allowance


• Picadilly will pay for 50% of your ad cost to a maximum of your allowance


• CO-OP dollars must be used only for Picadilly advertising and no other label may be present on the same ad


• Picadilly Fashions will credit the customers account once we have been sent a copy of the advertisment with an invoice
